Reflexology and Massage Therapy in Bristol

Hi, I’m Jane and I’m absolutely passionate about reflexology. I practise ,reflexology and massage therapy in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

I’m a qualified Reflexologist and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and I’ve been practising reflexology since 2000. I’m also a qualified therapeutic massage therapist and I’ve been practising massage since 2004.

Since qualifying I have taken post graduate courses in Spinal Reflexology, Hand Reflexology and Facial Reflexology (Bergman method) and I use Spinal Reflexology techniques in all my foot and hand treatments as it has such great results.

I have a special interest in sports injuries, chronic & acute pain, headaches & migraine, people suffering from the side effects of medication and hormone related conditions (eg period pains/sickness, fertility issues and symptoms of the menopause).

I was a volunteer Reflexologist for a year at University College Hospital in London treating people on the HIV/AIDS unit. This was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and showed me how important touch is for both our physical and emotional wellbeing.

I’ve got a keen interest in treating sports injuries as I used to practice karate (although I was never very good!) and I’ve treated several martial artists and sports enthusiasts helping them deal with injuries sustained in training and keeping them in good health in the lead up to a sporting event.

I offer reflexology and massage therapy from 2 locations in the Bristol area:
Easton, Bristol (BS5), just a couple of minutes walk away from Stapleton Road train station.
Thea Haven in Pill (BS20) easily accessible for people from Clifton, Abbots Leigh, Easton-in- Gordano and Portishead. Just click here to visit Thea Haven.
I also offer home visits for Reflexology in the Bristol area.

If you would like a treatment then please feel free to contact me by phone, email or Facebook
